These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agree2What. This is a first-draft template pending review by a licensed attorney; treat it as a placeholder for a properly reviewed agreement before relying on it for a live, paying product.
Agree2What extracts terms from contracts and other documents you provide, compares them against what you say you expected, and surfaces differences. It also extracts and tracks dates (renewals, promotional rate expirations, cancellation deadlines) and can generate calendar files for them. See the in-app Disclaimer for the limits of this analysis.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You retain ownership of any contract, document, or text you upload. You grant Agree2What a license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (extraction, comparison, storage, and display back to you). We do not sell your uploaded documents or their contents, and do not use them to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent (see Privacy Policy).
One-time report unlocks and Agree2What+ subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled. [Refund policy to be finalized before launch — recommend a clear, short window, e.g. 7 days, stated here and enforced consistently.]

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agree2What and its operator are not liable for any decision made in reliance on the app's output, including but not limited to financial loss, missed deadlines, or disputes with third parties arising from a contract Agree2What analyzed. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
